HomeSolutions

AI that works from your real business data.

Solutions that combine Microsoft Fabric pipelines and models with the AI tools your team already uses: Microsoft Copilot, Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise or a custom agent. The data is governed once; every assistant gets the same answers.

Why connect AI to Fabric

  • One version of the numbersAssistants read the same semantic model as your Power BI reports.
  • Access follows the userDesigned so each person only sees the data they're allowed to see.
  • Fresh data, automaticallyPipelines refresh the data that assistants and reports use.
  • Your choice of assistantThe data layer doesn't lock you into one AI vendor.
The pattern

The same six layers under every use case.

We build the lower layers once. Each new AI use case then reuses them instead of starting again.

AI and Fabric working together.

Choose your AI workspace

Use the assistant your team already has.

We connect governed Fabric data to the AI tools you license, and help you decide where each one fits.

Microsoft Copilot

Good fit when
You run Microsoft 365 and Power BI and want answers inside Teams, Outlook and reports.
How it reaches your data
Copilot in Power BI and Fabric data agents work from your semantic models and lakehouses.
What we do
Prepare models for natural-language questions and set up data agents and permissions.

Claude Enterprise

Good fit when
Teams need long-document analysis, careful writing and multi-step research.
How it reaches your data
Through admin-approved connectors, including Microsoft 365 and custom MCP connectors to your data services.
What we do
Build and secure the connector to curated Fabric data, then design prompts and workflows with your team.

ChatGPT Enterprise

Good fit when
ChatGPT is already your company-wide assistant and staff want data answers there.
How it reaches your data
Through admin-managed connectors, such as SharePoint, and custom MCP connectors with read and write controls.
What we do
Expose curated, read-only Fabric data through a governed connector and test answers against Power BI.

Custom agents

Good fit when
The AI must act: update systems, reply to customers or run on a schedule.
How it reaches your data
Agents built in Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry or an automation platform, calling Fabric data and your APIs.
What we do
Design, build and run the agent, with approvals, logging and monitoring.

Features depend on each vendor's current plans, licences and your admin settings. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic; ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI; Microsoft Copilot and Fabric are trademarks of Microsoft. Steadfast Global is independent of these vendors.

Questions

About AI on your data.

Should we use Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT?

Usually the one your staff already use. Many companies run more than one. Because the data is governed in Fabric, each assistant gets the same numbers, so the choice can follow licensing, preference and use case rather than data constraints.

Will the assistant see data a user shouldn't?

We design connections so access follows each user's permissions and sensitive data is excluded or masked. We test this before rollout, and we start with read-only access.

Do we need Fabric to use Claude or ChatGPT with our data?

Not for documents and email, which these tools can reach through their own connectors. For business numbers from several systems, a governed Fabric layer stops each assistant from calculating them differently.

How do we know the AI's answers are right?

We test assistants against your Power BI reports with an agreed set of questions before go-live, and keep a log of questions and answers for review.
