HomeAI automation

Automate the repetitive work. Keep people in charge of decisions.

We design, build and run AI agents and automated workflows for SMEs and mid-market teams in the UAE and beyond. Each one is scoped to a real process, measured against a baseline and handed over with documentation.

Good first candidates for automation

  • High volumeThe task happens dozens or hundreds of times a month.
  • Clear rulesSomeone could write down how it's done.
  • Digital inputsEmails, PDFs, forms or system records.
  • Low cost of a missOr an easy place to add a human check.
What we build

Four kinds of automation.

Most projects combine two or more. A document agent might feed a workflow, which updates a report.

Document agents

Read invoices, purchase orders, contracts, delivery notes and forms, extract the fields you need, check them against your records and pass the result on.

Example: supplier invoices matched to POs, with mismatches sent to finance for review.

Workflow automation

Move work between systems without copy and paste: create records, send notifications, chase approvals and update statuses.

Example: a won deal in the CRM creates the customer in the ERP and starts onboarding tasks.

Assistants for customers and staff

Answer questions on WhatsApp, web chat, email or Teams, using your own content and systems, and hand over to a person when needed.

Example: an HR assistant that answers leave and policy questions from the employee handbook, with sources.

Data and reporting agents

Prepare recurring reports, reconcile figures and explain changes in plain language, working from governed data.

Example: a weekly sales summary with commentary, drafted from Power BI data for a manager to review.

By team

Typical workflows we automate.

Every business is different, so treat these as starting points for the discovery conversation.

Ways to start

Three ways to work with us.

Scope and price are agreed in writing before work begins.

If you're not sure where to start

Automation discovery

A short, fixed-scope review of how work flows through your team.

  • Process interviews and system review
  • Ranked shortlist of automation candidates
  • Value estimate and risk notes for each
  • Recommended first pilot

Managed automation

We run, monitor and improve your automations for a monthly fee.

  • Monitoring and alerting
  • Changes as your process evolves
  • Monthly performance report
  • Support for your team

Safety and control

Built so you can trust it with real work.

AI makes mistakes, so we design for them: confidence checks, human review where it matters and a full record of what happened.

  • Human approval where risk is highPayments, refunds, contracts and customer commitments can require sign-off.
  • Confidence thresholdsUncertain results go to a person instead of being processed automatically.
  • Data stays under your controlWe prefer running inside your own Microsoft 365 or Azure environment and agree data handling up front.
  • Audit trailEvery step is logged with inputs, outputs and decisions.
  • Measured outcomesVolumes, exceptions and time saved are reported against the agreed baseline.
Tools

Microsoft-first, not Microsoft-only.

We pick tools for the job and your environment. If you already run Microsoft 365 and Dynamics, we build there first.

Questions

About AI automation.

How quickly can the first automation go live?

A pilot is scoped to one workflow so it can reach daily use quickly. We agree the timeline during discovery, once we've seen your systems and examples.

What does it cost?

It depends on the process, the systems involved and the level of review needed. Discovery has a fixed price, and each pilot is quoted in writing before work begins.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

Low-confidence results go to a person, high-risk actions need approval, and every step is logged so mistakes can be traced and the workflow improved.

Do we need an IT team?

No. We can run the automations for you, or train a member of your team to own them. We'll need someone who knows the process and can give access to the systems involved.

Start with one process

Tell us which task takes too long.

Describe the work, the systems involved and what makes it difficult today. That's enough for a useful first conversation.
