AI automation and Microsoft data services, from Dubai

Put AI to work on the jobs that slow your business down.

We build AI agents and automated workflows for growing businesses: invoices processed, leads followed up, customers answered. When the work depends on reliable data, we build that foundation too, on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

    What we do

Two practices, one team that connects them.

Most automation stalls on messy data, and most data projects stop at dashboards. We do both, so the reports you trust can also drive the work.

    AI automation and agents

    Our lead service

Hand repetitive, document-heavy and follow-up work to AI agents that run inside the tools you already use. Your team reviews exceptions and approves what matters.

    • Document processing Invoices, POs, contracts, forms
    • Sales and CRM follow-up Capture, enrich, reply, remind
    • Customer service assistants WhatsApp, web chat, email
    • Internal knowledge assistants Policies, products, procedures
    • Reporting and reconciliation Finance and operations

    Microsoft Fabric and Power BI

Connect your systems, agree your numbers and build reporting your team trusts. The same governed foundation gives AI accurate data to work from.

    • Fabric architecture and implementation OneLake, lakehouse, warehouse
    • Data integration ERP, CRM, files, APIs
    • Semantic models One definition of each metric
    • Power BI development Reports people use
    • Governance and Copilot readiness Security, ownership, cost
    What we automate

Start with the work your team repeats every week.

Pick a team to see typical workflows, what they look like today and what changes once they're automated.

    Why the two belong together

AI is only as reliable as the data behind it.

An agent that approves a payment or answers a customer needs the right numbers. That's why our automation work and our Microsoft data work share one design.

    How we work

    Prove one workflow, then scale.

Every engagement starts small enough to measure. You see the result on real work before deciding what comes next.

    1. Discover

Map the processes that take the most time, then rank them by volume, effort and risk.

You get a shortlist with an estimated value for each.

    2. Pilot

Build one workflow end to end on real data, with approval steps and a before-and-after measure.

You get a working automation your team uses.

    3. Scale

Extend to the next processes, and connect the data foundation where several workflows need the same information.

You get a roadmap and shared building blocks.

    4. Run

Monitor, improve and support. Your team can own it, or we manage it for you.

You get documentation, monitoring and a clear owner.

    In development

    Ready-made products for growing businesses.

Alongside client work, we're building products that SMEs can switch on without a project. The first is marketing ROI analytics: connect Google Ads, Meta Ads and your CRM to see cost and return at every stage of the funnel.

    Questions

    Before we start.

What kinds of tasks can you automate?

Work that is repetitive, rule-based or document-heavy: reading invoices and forms, updating systems, following up leads, answering routine customer questions, preparing reports. We start with the tasks that take the most hours and carry the least risk.

Do we need Microsoft Fabric before starting with AI automation?

No. Many workflows start with the tools you already have. Fabric becomes useful when several automations or reports need the same reliable data from different systems.

Which AI models and tools do you use?

We choose per use case. For Microsoft-centred businesses that often means Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Azure OpenAI. Where other models or automation platforms fit better, we use those. We're independent of any vendor.

How do you keep our data safe?

We agree data handling before anything is built, use access controls and logging, and where possible run automations inside your own Microsoft 365 or Azure environment.

    Can assistants work in Arabic?

Yes. Assistants and document processing can be designed for Arabic and English, and we test them with your real examples before go-live.

Do you work outside the UAE?

Yes. We're based in Dubai and work remotely with clients across the GCC and internationally, with on-site sessions where they help.
